It can help relieve pain associated with bumps, bruises, aches, cramps, headaches, sinus pain, swelling, and joint pain. You never know when you'll need one, so it's nice to have one on hand.

How to use for cold therapy: 1. Turn the cap counter-clockwise. 2. Fill the ice bag two-thirds full with cold tap water, ice water, crushed ice, or ice cubes. 3. Turn the cap clockwise until it is secured. 4. Turn the ice bag upside down and firmly press on the bottom to test for leakage. 5. Apply to the desired area. 6. Condensation may form on the outside of the bag. Wrap the ice bag in a soft towel to protect the skin and avoid condensation accumulation. 7. Apply the ice bag for 20 to 30 minutes (maximum) at a time. Continue to reapply after injury. Wait one hour between applications.

How to use for hot therapy: 1. Turn the cap counter-clockwise. 2. Pour in two-thirds warm water (do not exceed 60℃/140℉). 3. Turn the cap clockwise until it is secured. 4. Turn the ice bag upside down and firmly press on the bottom to test for leakage. 5. Apply to the desired area for 15-20 minutes with a soft towel.

Precautions for hot therapy: a. Fill the bag TWO-THIRDS FULL with warm water (LESS THAN 60℃/140℉). b. Do not place the pack in a microwave oven to heat the water. c. To prevent burns, DO NOT fill with water above 60℃/140℉. d. Do not use the hot pack on the same part for longer than 20 minutes. (If needed, the packs may be used multiple times a day).
